This cream, delicisous scallop chowder is made by our Vermont restaurant called The Scale House. this delicious scratch made chowder can be served alone as a delicious hearty meal, can be supplemented by adding cod, haddock or hake, or used as a sauce underneath other roasted seafood.
Sold frozen in quarts (32 fl. oz.).
Ingredients: Cream, fresh corn, vegetable broth (water, onion, celery, red peppers), potatoes, flour, butter, sugar, spices.
