Maple Roasted Squash Soup
This delicious, squash soup is perfect as a warm Fall/Winter lunch or starter, but also makes a great sauce base for roasted fish, such as cod, haddock or halibut.
Pair with a bitter green vegetable to balance the sweet. Add a nice earthy red or white wine to round out the meal.
