Use these salmon cakes as a nice appetizer, over a citrusy green salad, eat them on a bun as a salmon burger, or enjoy them with hollandaise sauce as an entree, accompanied by some rice and seasonal veggies.
Each salmon cake is 3 ounces and is house made by our sister business in Vermont, The Scale House Restaurant in Hardwick, VT.
We use sustainably harvested Faroe Island salmon, Wild caught Alaskan salmon, as well as arctic char in the salmon cakes.
An order of a quantity of "1" is the purchase of two precooked frozen salmon cakes, ready to bake and serve.
