Lamb raised on New England’s rugged, hillside pastures produces a wonderfully flavorful meat which in turn, allows you to create your favorite dishes. Our customers often remark that the flavor of our lamb takes them back to a favorite meal they enjoyed while travelling. Because our lambs are raised on pasture, and because our products have a very short trip from the farm to you, the eating experience is fantastic. Our grass-fed lamb has a rich flavor. 

Each package contains two loin chops, each weighing 1/5 to 1/4 of a pound. The total package weight is around .4 pounds. An order of quantity "1" is the purchase of .4 lb. of loin chops (two chops).
