What makes Svenfish so ‘Crazy Fresh’ is because we NEVER FREEZE our fresh fillets! All our fish come from sustainable fishing practices (wild-caught or ocean-raised), sold raw and boneless. Availability varies depending on the season and what the catch of the week is.
