All orders are sourced fresh within 24 hours of your chosen pickup or delivery date. Local home delivery runs Wednesday through Saturday across Massachusetts. Overnight shipping is available nationwide ($50 flat fee) and across New England ($10 flat fee). You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Freshness and quality are our promise — if something isn't right, we want to know. Reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right. You can call us at 866-786-3774 or email customerservice@svenfish.com. Photos of the issue are helpful but not required.

We source to order, so the earlier you order the better. For home delivery or pickup, place your order at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For large orders or special requests (whole fish, specific cuts, bulk shellfish), we recommend reaching out a few days ahead.

We only bring in seafood that's spoken for — nothing sits on ice waiting for a buyer. Every order is sourced within 24 hours of your pickup or delivery date, which means the fish you receive is typically 1–2 days off the dock. Properly stored, it stays at peak quality for 2–3 days after delivery.
