Goat breast is a classic, overlooked secondary cut that is delicious cooked long and slow so the fat and connective tissue melt and soften and flavor the meat. The breast is the same as the brisket on a cow, or pig, just smaller. Best cooked slow!
Small Size: Package will weigh between 1 pound and 1.4 pounds.
Large Size:Package will weigh between 1.5 pounds and 2 pounds.
