Mill City Red — A Louisiana-style sauce with the added zing of fermentation, inspired by the blend of culture and cuisines among the red bricks of Lowell. Made for oysters, but loved by all hot sauce enthusiasts. 4/10 heat.

Kelpie (Limited Edition) — A collaboration with Chatham Kelp that combines their Cape Cod kelp with fermented cherry bomb, serrano, and habanero peppers, plus fennel and alliums from Massachusetts farms. Pickly, oceany, and made for seafood. 5/10 heat.

Burnin' Bog (Limited Edition) — Craic Sauce's first super-hot sauce. Five super-hot peppers grown at Mill City Grows in Lowell meet Cape Cod cranberries, roasted sweet potatoes, fermented honey garlic, and house-pressed Concord grape vinegar. Great with chili, BBQ, wings, and marinades. 9/10 heat.

40 Shades of Green Chilli — A fruit-forward hot sauce with a blend of roasted tomatillos, green apples, peaches, and cilantro. Mild yet flavorful and extremely versatile — popular for home cooks, salads, smoothies, margaritas, and marinades. 2/10 heat.

The Golden Pumpkin — Craic Sauce's original hot sauce with a cult following. Marries the warmth of pumpkin and pineapple with the fire of habanero and golden ghost pepper. Great with soups, stews, and chilis. 6/10 heat.

Merrimack Black (Limited Edition) — A collaboration with Navigation Brewery using Navigation's Black porter as the vinegar base. Dark, sweet, and spicy from the Chocolate Scorpion pepper grown at UMass Ag campus. Limited availability.
