Commercially known as "Rack", popular for making fish soup, bone broth, fumet... not for the squirmy. Most whole fish carcasses are from cod or haddock, and similar "ground fish". Actual species will vary.

One unit is approximately 2-3 pound package. Depending on timing during the week, as well as availability, this product may be delivered to you frozen.

Great option for true health

I'm out in western NC so limited sources of clean smaller fish carcasses for making super healthy genuine bone broth (fish is the most absorbable collagen) . So glad to have this option! They came fresh frozen and make great joint and teeth fortifying bone broth.

I'm loving this. Was a bit disappointed that there were no heads, but with this, you take what there is. Very fresh and just what I was looking for. Will definitely buy again.
