1. What is Svenfish?
Svenfish is a local Concord business dedicated to bringing our customers freshly caught fish straight from the ocean. We believe in supporting small local businesses through cooperative partnerships that allows us to share our products throughout the community.
2. How does it work?
Every Sunday or Monday, Sven sends out a newsletter that shares important news, recipes, and information to the Svenfish family. Some of this information may consist of new product launches, discounts, or updated delivery hours. Just make sure to order before Tuesday Midnight if you want your order to be placed that week. On the day of your delivery, all the items requested will be brought to your front door in one of our red coolers. After removing your items from the cooler, please leave your cooler outside your front door during your next delivery.

3. What are the quantity sizes?
For most of our fish, a quantity of "1" is one pound unless stated otherwise in the product description.
4. Who do you partner with?
Sven believes in helping out local small businesses. Right now, in addition to our local fishing partners, we've partnered with Chandler Farm, Ghost Dog Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, LeBlanc Family Farm, Snug Valley Farm, , Sweet Stone Maple Farm, and Oak Knoll Dairy.
5. What should I expect on my delivery day?
After placing your order, you should receive a delivery confirmation with the following information: items requested, cost, delivery date, address, and delivery instructions. On your delivery day, a driver will drop off your fresh fish in a bright red cooler filled with ice from 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm.
Remove the fresh fish from the cooler, empty the ice, and store the cooler until your next delivery.
6. What do I do with my empty coolers?
If you plan to order again in the following week, place the cooler outside your front door. Whenever your driver comes to deliver your fish, the driver will replace the old cooler with a new one filled with fresh fish and ice.
If you don't plan to order, email customerservice@svenfish.com and we will send a driver from Wednesday to Friday to come retrieve the old cooler.
