A great appetizer, fresh large U10/20 scallops wrapped in Vermont bacon, tossed in Vermont maple syrup and baked.

One unit purchased is 6-8 bacon wrapped scallops. Total weight is around two ounces per wrapped scallop.

Cooking instructions:

Defrost fully and cook for 6 - 8 minutes at 400 degrees or until the bacon is crispy.
