Maple Glazed Scallops wrapped in Bacon
A great appetizer, fresh large U13 scallops wrapped in Vermont bacon, tossed in Vermont maple syrup and baked.
One unit purchased is 6 giant bacon wrapped scallops. Total weight is around two to three ounces per wrapped scallop.
Defrost fully and cook for 6 - 8 minutes at 400 degrees or until the bacon is crispy.
