We had arctic char last night that was so good; succulent, melt in the mouth goodness. I cook it many different ways. Regardless of the recipe it is always a treat.

I eat and enjoy a lot of different fish, but when I first ate Artic char it quickly became a favorite. Every time I’ve gotten it from Sven it is always so super fresh. The quality is outstanding!!

This is my wife's favorite fish. Easy to broil, flaky and tasty. I wish it were possible to get fish in half-pound increments rather than full pound, though. A full pound plus sides is a lot for two people, and I'd probably buy more frequently if I could get smaller amounts of more things.

This was some of the freshest, most delicate fish I've ever had!

Last week I ordered 1 lb. of Artic Char and then wanted to add another pound the next day. Two separate deliveries came and both were very late due to some problems early in the day, I understand. How could I have added to my original order so that you would know I wanted 2 lbs. delivered to one location.
