How to Use Your Points
Open the Rewards Widget
Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of any page on svenfish.com.
Log In with Your Account Email
Your Catch Points are tied to the email on your Shopify account. No separate signup needed.
Apply Before Checkout
Select your reward and apply it directly in the widget. Rewards must be applied before placing your order — they cannot be added retroactively.
In-Store? Just Give Us Your Email
Let a team member know your email at checkout. We’ll look up your points and apply any available reward on the spot.
Redemption Guidelines
- Only one reward can be applied per order — either points discount or free shrimp
- Maximum 500 points (up to $20 off) per order
- Rewards must be applied before checkout — no retroactive adjustments
- Points are synced across online and in-store purchases using your account email
