the cod was fresh. It was easy to prepare. The portion was evenly cut facilitating baking.. It was delicious with a bed of spinach, dusting of panko, oil, parsley and herbs. Great delivery communications and received the fish as expected.

The cod made an excellent fish chowder, made 2 batches already and I may have to order some more cod soon - haven't run out of fish stock yet but the chowder is almost gone.
