Our travels up to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont has led to some great new relationships.

Svenfish is proud to announce our partnership with Jasper Hill Farm and Sweet Rowen Farmstead.

Jasper Hill's mission is to make the highest possible quality products in a way that supports Vermont's working landscape. They are driven to be the standard bearer of quality and innovation in the artisan cheese industry while promoting our regional taste of place. These cows milk cheeses are made from one of six different dairy herds and are cave ripened in Jasper Hill's cellars. 

As the Sweet Rowen website says "The world is experiencing big change and unprecedented challenges. Meanwhile, we keep farming, and our cows keep producing nutritious milk. We milk our small herd of Vermont Heritage Lineback cows twice a day, every day, on our farm in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. We bottle our gently pasteurized, cream-top whole milk and make delicious, GMO free cheeses and yogurt in our USDA approved farmstead creamery."
