Unlike any other!

I have been a loyal customer of Sven for years, and this is the second time I have purchased a whole side of salmon. It is amazing! I cold-cured half of the first purchase and ate the remaining in poke bowls. The second purchase, we grilled the whole side. Truly delicious. I don't know about you, but I'm not going anywhere else for my fish!!

I am a big fan and regular customer of Svenfish but this Salmon was not as fresh as usual :(

Better than any restaurant

This salmon is so fresh and delectable. All it needs is a bit of salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil. Anything else would overpower the subtle flavor of the fish. No smell before or after cooking. The house didn't smell like fish, either.

This is a great value of high quality salmon. We cut it up in different portions and freeze them.
