I order this salmon pretty regularly and this time was no exception--it's always fresh, delicious, and absolutely perfect eaten in slices with just a little soy. This time I also cooked one piece with miso and honey - it was fantastic. My daughter said she wanted one bite and ate 85 percent of it. We've been ordering Sven for years. Every time I make their salmon, my family says "Great fish tonight!". They think it's my cooking, but I know it's really the quality of Sven fish! I know that for sure, because on the rare occasion I buy fish from another source, I don't get the same reaction! We've had Sven haddock, shrimp, and other items too. Everything is always so fresh and delicious -- and sometimes at a lower price than what you would get at a grocer. Kin of a no-brainer. Do yourself a favor and order from Sven!
