Branzino is also known as European or Mediterranean Sea Bass. A favorite filet among seafood lovers, the light, flaky flesh has a delicate, slightly sweet taste that lends itself to many culturally inspired flavors but we recommend citrus and Mediterranean flavors.

The branzino was super fresh and simply sautéed in (mostly) butter. Delicious!

So so fresh, I seared one part of the order with just salt and pepper and it really doesn’t need anything else. I froze the rest of the order and really hope it will keep that fresh , just caught taste! I don’t plan to leave it frozen for very long.

Didn’t get them

Unfortunately I didn’t get them - I guess they were out which was disappointing. Especially when there was no notifications that they ran out of it. The precise purchase was great though.
