True to their name, littleneck clams are the smallest - yet most flavorful - clams you can get. They are hard-shelled, about one and a half inches wide.

Their small size makes for a sweet, tender treat when raw. Also perfect for clams casino, clambakes, chowders. Or just steamed in butter & garlic, served with bread!

Littlenecks required just one soak and scrub. Out of 4 dozen littlenecks, only 1 did not open.

Great service and excellent clams

We had ordered mussels for Christmas Eve, but Sven had been unable to obtain them for that day, so he provided us with two kinds of clams, including Mahogany clams at a discount, and gave very informative guidance for each variety (the other was Littleneck). This kind of superb service was much appreciated by our family and we had a great clam-based dinner. We highly recommend his seafood store.

Sweet and tender

My first order of littleneck clams was outstanding! They were sweet, tender and the shells were so clean they were almost white. That saved a lot of prep time. I will definitely order these again.
