These large wild-caught "red" shrimp are a naturally pigmented ruby color, even when uncooked! We sell them virtually untouched: delivered frozen, raw/uncooked, not deveined, and with the shell-on (but head-removed). Sweet with a texture closer to prawns than shrimp, they're ready to star in your next culinary adventure!
