How is the freshness of my fish ensured?
All our deliveries are made in insulated coolers full of ice. If you are not home, we leave the cooler at your door and we pick up the cooler when you order the following week.
How can I stay in the loop?
We send out our weekly dock alert emails that highlight some of the fresh fish we will have for the week. We usually include craft farm products from our vendors, a weekly featured recipe, and any other Svenfish business! Click here to sign up for dock alerts.
If you have a request or need that is outside our regular cycle, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have questions, please email customerservice@svenfish.com. I look forward to bringing you some Crazy Fresh Fish!
