Local Deliveries: Add this return request to your cart if you have a cooler (or several) that you want us to pick up when we deliver your next order. On the morning of your delivery day, just leave the cooler(s) outside for us to grab.

New England Shipping: If you place an order outside of our local delivery zone, you will receive your order by next day UPS shipping in 100% compostable insulation and boxes. We are still very committed to reducing waste and will gladly accept any materials to be returned, reused, and recycled.
