My son needed fish heads and bones to make a stock for his culinary class. Since no one local was able to help us out, we ordered through Svenfish. The delivery was great. The fish heads and bones provided were excellent quality. My son made a great fish stock for his class. We will definitely order through Svenfish again.

I recently ordered a package of the fish heads/bodies/tails. Unfortunately, even though I specified in the notes, "Please include some heads in each package," there were no heads! I called them up and asked them about this, and they said that they can't really control what the workers on the dock include. They also said that next time, you should specify that you want your order DELAYED until heads become available if you want some. So, if I order again, that's what I plan to do.

The fish made an excellent fish stock, and I am still enjoying the results.

This was a seafood stock as a base for my cioppino and a seafood stew and it made an amazing stock! Will be a repeat buyer

For years I have struggled to find fish bones/heads etc.. I live in a small town with no access to a good fishmonger or store.
The quality of the heads/bones made for a really good fish stock which I use for paella.
