This pesto packs a punch! It has basil like traditional pesto but it is mostly Vermont grown garlic scape (the long green shoots that grow from the garlic bulb) which are milder than garlic cloves and great for a pesto! This pesto contains no nuts of any kind, but still has texture thanks to sun-dried tomatoes and dry cheese. It's also great with bread, pasta, veggies, and chicken.

Ingredients: Galic scape, Parmigiano cheese, basil, olive oil, salt, sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper. Allergies: Dairy. No nuts in this pesto!
