Try our newest product, only available for a limited time and ready to bake in it's own foil container. Super simple and perfect for a healthy weeknight meal.
Choose from either Haddock or Salmon (or both!) and enjoy a healthy and delicious meal for two within minutes. The fish fillets are fresh and come raw, lightly tossed in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and topped with our house-made garlic scape pesto with sun-dried tomatoes (nut free).
Suggested Cooking Method:
- Haddock: Remove plastic lid, bake at 350°F for approximately 15 - 20 minutes, and serve. Internal temperature should be 145°F.
- Salmon: Remove plastic lid, bake at 425°F for approximately 15 - 20 minutes, and serve. Internal temperature should be 145°F.
Total net weight is around one pound and yields two large adult servings (8 oz. each), or three medium servings (5.33 oz. each), or four small servings (4 oz. each).
Ingredients: Garlic Scape, Parmigiano cheese, basil, olive oil, salt, sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper. Either haddock or salmon.
