Healthy and delicious! This meal comes in a ready to bake foil container. The haddock fillets are fresh, local and raw. We lightly tossed in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and coat with panko crumb mix. Serve with your favorite veggie for a quick and easy weeknight meal.

To Bake: Remove plastic lid, bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, and serve. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.

Quantity: Total net weight is one pound and yields two large adult servings (8 oz. each), or three medium servings (5.33 oz. each), or four small servings (4 oz. each).

Ingredients: Haddock, Bread Crumbs (panko crumbs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper), Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Haddock bake and serve was easy and delicious!

I followed the directions on the website. After it baked, I put some slivers of butter on the top and put it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the crumb topping. Served with a wedge of fresh lemon. Perfect!!

The seasoning is perfect, the fish is very fresh and it is ready in 20 minutes. Okay, I added 2-3 extra minutes because I prefer it that way!
