Healthy and delicious! This meal comes in a ready to bake foil container. The haddock fillets are fresh, local and raw. We lightly tossed in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and coat with panko crumb mix. Serve with your favorite veggie for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
To Bake: Remove plastic lid, bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, and serve. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
Quantity: Total net weight is one pound and yields two large adult servings (8 oz. each), or three medium servings (5.33 oz. each), or four small servings (4 oz. each).
