Atlantic hard-shell lobsters from local New England trap fishermen — no holding tanks, shipped directly from the docks. Available in Chick, Quarter, Half, and Pound sizes depending on the week’s catch.
The hard shell means more meat, better flavor, and longer shelf life than soft-shell lobsters. Steam for 12–15 minutes depending on size, crack and eat with drawn butter, or go whole with a classic New England lobster dinner: corn, steamers, and potato.
