Poke (pronounced poh-kay) — a Hawaiian tradition built on fresh, sushi-grade fish over rice with bold toppings and sauce. Made in-house at Svenfish using the same fish we sell by the pound.
Originating in Hawaii, poke means “to slice or cut” — made from raw fish served over rice and topped with various ingredients. We make ours in-house using the same never-frozen fish we source from the docks daily.

Best For Serving SuggestionsAssemble cold straight from the fridge. Add a drizzle of sriracha mayo, a few drops of unagi sauce, and a side of sushi ginger to cleanse between bites. Top with tobiko roe for a restaurant-quality finish. Pairs perfectly with a side of seaweed salad.
