What is Poke? (Pronounced poke-ay), the origins of "Poke" come from Hawaii, and means "to slice or cut." Poke can come with all different types of fish and ingredients and is now a favorite meal around the world! Ours are served with a ponzu-soy dressing. Poke Bowls have 1/4 lb protein of your choice: Raw salmon or tuna or cooked shrimp.
