Nice rich consistency! Love the addition of carrots and potatoes too. The smoked salmon gives the whole dish a delightfully different taste and aroma. I've already bought another container to freeze for later!

This was a very good chowder. I’ve never had a smoked salmon chowder, but this will definitely be purchased again. The potatoes, carrots, and celery were perfectly cooked and the flavor is excellent!

Love the flavor and consistency. A bit too much potato for me; would be nice to have non-nitrate/nitrite bacon or something else other than that much potato (white in particular isn't healthful, I'm told). But bacon would pose a problem for those who don't eat meat. And it's not that healthful, either! I'll buy whatever you have! Thanks.

This is the best chowder I have ever tasted, no contest. Chock full of salmon and potatoes, rich without being overwhelming.
