Excellent kit for the home sushi chef! Well supplied kit, no printed instructions available but regardless I wouldn't need them as I prefer the many sushi making tutorials on YouTube! The kit contained two generously cut pieces of fish, one each of salmon and one tuna! Both pieces were of excellent quality for sushi/sashimi! Highly recommended!
The title says it all. So fresh and tasty, but we had no idea what to do. Needed instructions for cooking and seasoning the rice, cutting the fish, rolling the sushi….
Kit included everything needed (except soy sauce) for a fun and delicious dinner for two.
We added cucumber, egg and avocado since nori and rice was way more than needed for the fish supplied. Consequently, we had too much for two.
Only complaint is that no instructions were included other than those on package of nori.
