A Guide to the Health Benefits of Fish

We could go on and on about the health benefits of adding fish to your families menu. A fishes environment and diet affects their nutritional density and flavor. Why fish is good for you?

The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least two times per week as part of a healthy diet. Most varieties of fish are a healthy way to enjoy a lean protein packed meal with a ton of omega-3 fatty acids, nutrients, and vitamins. 

Lean Protein: Proteins are chemical 'building blocks' called amino acids that our bodies need build and repair muscles and bones and to make hormones and enzymes and give us energy.
