Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi — a firm, vibrantly flavored fish that takes bold seasoning and high heat beautifully.
Mahi mahi (also called dorado) is a warm-water fish known for its striking coloring and its dense, flavorful flesh. It’s one of the most versatile fish in any kitchen — firm enough for the grill, flavorful enough for tacos, and adaptable to everything from Caribbean to Hawaiian to Mediterranean preparations. Marinades penetrate deeply, making it exceptional for anything bold.
Mild-to-moderate flavor with a firm, moist texture and a slight natural sweetness. Holds up to strong seasoning without being overwhelmed.
