6-7 oz. Lobster Tail x 2
6-7 oz. Lobster Tail x 2
Two wild-caught lobster tails — 6–7 oz each, split-ready, broil-ready, serve-ready. The restaurant experience at home.
Wild-caught lobster tails, 6–7 oz each — substantial enough to be a full plate, not an afterthought. Two per order, delivered fresh.
Split lengthwise, brush with garlic butter, broil 4 inches from the flame for 8–10 minutes. Alternatively, grill shell-side down over indirect heat for the same time. Serve with clarified butter and lemon — it doesn’t need more than that.
