SAINT PURE SALMON is hand-crafted Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon. They hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using locally sourced, re-claimed orange & grapefruit woods from Florida citrus growers. The use of these citrus woods characterizes the salmon with a light fruit wood smoke flavor.

Loved the smoked salmon- nicely cut, good taste, careful packaging and good price although I’m glad to have bought two packages as there is not a lot of salmon in one package.
