Hi, I tasted the chowder right after the chef finished cooking it. I tried a sample thanks to John and thought it needed a little bit more pepper, but I was wrong. After I purchased it and brought it home to reheat on the stove (which didn’t take much time as it was still warm) it was delicious. All it needed was some stirring. A real great chowder.
