Haddock was of poor quality

I would like to make a complaint on my order. The haddock, listed as fresh wild caught, was absolutely frozen prior to my delivery. I was so disappointed!!! It smelt frozen when I opened the package, and after I cooked it...with high hopes🤞...had no flavor what so ever!!! It actually made me gag a little when eating it. I have never had an issue with your fish items in the past,, but this was unacceptable. I am requesting a response with a refund.
