Thick and spicy, with lots of tuna, and only needs to be heated! Easy, delicious, and very satisfying.

I had read about dry scallops but never been able to buy them. They are ever so much better than the usual wet ones that supermarkets sell, meaty and flavorful. I've never been a fan of home-cooked scallops before, but now I have a handful of new recipes to try!

Salmon was very tasteful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the skin there were no scales it cooked so well in cast skillet my wife is a picky salmon eater she woof it down with a smile
The Halibut was delicious as was the Salmon Dip and Bluefish Pate. Love the Seaweed Salad too! Monkfish was great, heading back for some Chilean Seabass soon!!
I recently purchased Arctic Char for the first time and I found it to be a nice change. The fish had a milder taste than salmon but it was very good.
