As a chef, I buy a lot of fish. Especially cod to do fish tacos, and this was by far the best card I’ve ever used. It was so fresh and the flavor was fantastic. Highly recommend..

The halibut was very fresh and mild. We seared it and made a lemon caper sauce

Fantastic!! I has been YEARS since I have been able to find Jumbo Shrimp that has exquisite taste & texture and that I can butterfly and serve baked stuffed. I won the jackpot when I bought these and Ina Garten's recipe and I just made the most delicious dinner I've EVER had. I am ordering more this week and this is just the beginning!! Many home cooks regard fish skin as icky, removing and discarding it either before cooking, or after the fish is cooked skin side down. Noooo! Score the skin on the fillet, rub with a mix of herbs, pepper and salt, or use a wet marinade like Teriyaki sauce or Italian dressing. After refrigerating for at least half an hour, bake the fillet skin side up at 375-400°. The skin is just as good, and tastes similar to, crispy chicken skin.
I followed the directions on the website. After it baked, I put some slivers of butter on the top and put it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the crumb topping. Served with a wedge of fresh lemon. Perfect!!
The shrimp is excellent quality. I have not been able to find fresh shrimp that is this good unless I am on Martha's Vineyard. I am thrilled to have found Svenfish!
It's not easy to come by salmon that isn't farmed. This fish is wild caught and such a treat.

I’m a chef that uses a lot of fresh fish and I have to say that Svenfish is by far the best fish outlet around. I use this tuna for my sushi class and it blew everyone’s mind. So delicious. Don’t hesitate using them for anything!
