The salmon was fresh and tasted amazing after curing and slicing into sashimi.
Appreciated the swordfish. It was a thick piece but easily adapted to my cooking needs . The delivery was excellent--lots of advance notice as to when the fish would arrive,& attention to keeping it fresh. We were disappointed that the other fish we ordered was not available but appreciated the refund.

The cod made an excellent fish chowder, made 2 batches already and I may have to order some more cod soon - haven't run out of fish stock yet but the chowder is almost gone.

These were a great way to start the party! We dropped the mussels right when everyone arrive and then made a big family style serving for all to enjoy! Only a couple shells remained unopened and the rest were tender and perfect.
We Ordered 2 salmon poke bowls for dinner. They were very good and portion size was good. We enjoyed them.
Salt, pepper, oregano...sliced lemons, capers, garlic, cherry tomatoes...olive oil...20 minutes...heaven!! Moist and very flavorful❤️

For years I have struggled to find fish bones/heads etc.. I live in a small town with no access to a good fishmonger or store.
The quality of the heads/bones made for a really good fish stock which I use for paella.

I asked for a very thick piece with skin and blood line. They cut it perfect as ordered. Very good and very fresh. My new source. I cut my own for steaks and kabobs. Excellent!
I've tried several sources in Maine. They all packaged the meat in brine which ruined the taste. This is pure lobster meat, nothing added. And very fresh. My new source.

This is a great value of high quality salmon. We cut it up in different portions and freeze them.
